The Office of EEOC confirmed today that my charge of Discrimination Against Wells Fargo has been filed. Some people told me that the government would not do anything about my concern, but I had a morsel of trust big enough to tell the truth. I tried everything I could to talk to Wells Fargo personally at work, through the telephone. But, they "eliminated" my grievances by terminating employment. I continued with protests, emails, phone banking and they ignored meaningful conversation. I am glad that some aspects of our government are focused on protecting the law.
