Motion to Compel

Thank you everyone who has been concerned about my situation with Wells Fargo.

They filed a motion to compel arbitration.

And here is my response to the questions that I thought Wells Fargo would address while I was there vs out here where we are!

Oh! ... Federal Judge Approved Motion to Proceed....

I was afraid that the court could decline my question based on my pecuniary status! Thank God.
Yesterday, on May 17th, 2018,  Wells Fargo received their packet of my concern before the court. I believe they have a coupla' weeks to answer.
I also filed another prayer on the issue with the court. I will return to let you know what the court decided.

Victoria Sethunya vs Wells Fargo Filed on May 11th 2018

UPDATE on Wells Fargo's Failure to Resolve Employee Workplace Grievances

As you will see throughout this blog, I tried everything possible to resolve the problem  indoors at the Wells Fargo centre where I worked. I tried over the phone with Wells Fargo HR at different levels. They gave me runarounds and their last specialist as you will hear in court was one of most insensitive members of the homo sapiens working in "HR". I remember her consistently dialing back my phone when I told her I was in a meeting and asked her to email me instead. You will hear in court what they are doing with the promises they made in other courts and to the American public PRIOR to my situation. I thank those of you on Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter who have offered to be at the hearing in case you are allowed to testify. I appreciate you coming forward to hold Wells Fargo accountable for their actions.

A Charge File Requested From EEOC

UPDATES on Wells Fargo
On February 13, 2018 EEOC issued a "Notice of Suit Rights" received about a week later.
Today on March 5th, 2018,  a Charge File was requested from EEOC to prepare the road to hold Wells Fargo accountable for their retaliatory and discriminatory termination.

You can find the Charge File and its accompanying documents in the Complaint I filed with the Federal District Court: Victoria Sethunya vs Wells Fargo , Case: 2:18-cv-00378

In Utah Wells Fargo Faces a Charge of Discrimination

The Office of EEOC confirmed today that my charge of Discrimination Against Wells Fargo has been filed. Some people told me that the government would not do anything about my concern, but I had a morsel of trust big enough to tell the truth. I tried everything I could to talk to Wells Fargo personally at work, through the telephone. But, they "eliminated" my grievances by terminating employment. I continued with  protests, emails, phone banking and they ignored meaningful conversation. I am glad that some aspects of our government are focused on protecting the law.

Trump's Shithole and the Imperial Somersault

Let's take a break from Wells Fargo and respond to the President's insult to immigrants

A Poem by Victoria Sethunya

trump's shithole

It's the affirmation of my dancing suspicion of
America's imperialism....

A recollection of America's imprisonment of
Dr. Nelson Mandela on the 5th of August, 1962
for 28 years and of America's travelling to South Africa to confirm his death on December 5th, 2013.

It's the recollection of America's denial
of its involvement in the arrest of Nelson Mandela
in what on June 13th, 1992 they termed,
"Kennedy people's activities".

How could the world's most powerful
orchestrate and deny such a great coup
to suppress the voice of justice,
the voice of terrorist Mandela
and then
celebrate his release on February 11, 1990?

And you are surprised that trump proudly confirms and somersaults
on the imperial packing of faeces in Africa?
